- Q: Minimum Order Quantity
- A:Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom plush toys is 1,000 pieces per design. For mini-sized plush toys (under 15 cm), the minimum order quantity is 2,000 pieces per design. If your required quantity is less than 1,000 pieces, please let us know your preferred product size. We can recommend suitable ready-made plush toys from our existing collection. These bears can be customized with T-shirts or sweaters featuring your logo, artwork, or text through embroidery or printing. The minimum order quantity for this option is only 300 pieces.

1. L/C: By irrevocable L/C at sight in our favor.
2. T/T: 30% T/T Deposit in advance before production, then70% Balance before shipment. - Q：Lead Time:
- A：Our lead-time shall take about 50 - 60 days after receipt of your order and L/C or T/T.（It depends on if the material is available or not）
- Q：Packing Way:
- A：Usually, we pack each pc in a poly bag, then several pieces in a standard export carton. If you need the toys to be packed in a special package, please send the artwork to us. We can also design the gift boxes for you, but you will need to let us know the style you prefer in order to save time.
- Q：OEM Services Provided:
- A：Our design team continually introduces new and unique teddy bears. We also open to help you create your own designs, or modify the ones we currently have to match your specifications. If you have your own design, please advise the size, material and send us drawing, pictures, patterns or samples (if you have them). We'll be glad to offer you our best prices as soon as receive your requirement.

- A：“Quality First”is our belief. We assure all of our products comply with all safety standards of toy safety directive, including CE, EN-71 Part 1,2,3, ST & ASTM. SGS test report.
Wash Instructions
Put the toys in the washing machine with mild detergent in cool water and then get dry with drier then brush their hair gently to restore original appearance.

Plush Toys is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Please remove plastic bags, tags and accessories before giving to a child.
